Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Course Cancellation by LogicHook

• If LogicHook cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, all enrolled students will receive a full refund of the course fee.
• LogicHook will make every effort to reschedule the canceled course and offer students a spot in the rescheduled course at no additional cost.

2. Cancellation by the Student

2.1 Within 7 Days of Enrollment

• If you cancel your enrollment within seven (7) calendar days of registering for a course, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee minus any applicable processing fees.

2.2 After 7 Days of Enrollment

• Cancellations made after the initial 7-day period are not eligible for refunds.
• At the discretion of LogicHook, a credit may be offered for future courses in certain circumstances.

2.3 No Refunds for Completed Courses

• Refund requests will not be entertained once you have completed the course.

3. Live Classes and Course Access

• LogicHook provides daily live sessions and active coding practice. As such, partial refunds will not be offered for missed classes.
• Students are encouraged to attend classes consistently to maximize the benefits of the course.

4. Transfer of Enrollment

• If you are unable to attend the course you initially enrolled in, you may request a transfer to another course of equal or lesser value within LogicHook’s offerings.
• Transfers are subject to availability and approval and must be requested at least seven (7) days before the original course start date.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Special Promotions and Discounts

• Refunds for courses purchased during promotional offers or at a discounted rate will be subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
• Such courses may not be eligible for full refunds.

7. Exceptional Cases

• LogicHook reserves the right to review and address refund requests on a case-by-case basis in instances of unexpected hardship or emergencies.

• Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
